Refund & cancellation policy

This policy is only fair because the free tier is not a demo. Scoring is unlimited, needs no account, and is the same engine a pass holder uses. The free tier also includes three AI rewrites a day, so the paid feature can be tested on your own real prompts before any money changes hands.

A pass buys volume, not access to something hidden. If the three daily rewrites are not useful to you, more of them will not be either — and you will have found that out for nothing.

Day, week and month passes are one-time purchases of a digital service that is delivered immediately on payment. Once a pass is granted it is not refundable, in whole or in part, including for time left on the clock and for passes bought by mistake.

There is nothing to cancel. Passes do not auto-renew, no card is stored against a recurring charge, and a pass simply lapses at the end of its window. You will never be billed again unless you deliberately buy another one.

Not refunds in the discretionary sense — corrections. These are refunded in full, and none of them counts against the rule above:

• You were charged twice for the same pass. The duplicate is returned.
• Payment succeeded but no pass was granted — if it cannot be granted, the charge is returned.
• You were charged after a failed payment that granted nothing.

Email support@promptcaret.com with the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation and the address you signed in with. Approved corrections are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within five to seven working days, which is the banks settlement time rather than ours.

If a fault on our side makes AI rewrites unusable for a sustained period during a pass you paid for, write in. Time will be added to the pass to cover it.

Passes are priced in rupees for customers in India and in US dollars elsewhere, at the price shown on the pricing page at the moment you buy. Prices are not converted at a live exchange rate; each market has its own price, so what you see is what is charged.

Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law. This policy is published in advance, on this page and linked from checkout, so that the terms are known before purchase rather than after it.
